Worth the money if you are a first year at lsu but other than that not worth it

The front part of oakbrook is falling apart and not worth the money - Our roof constantly leaked and we for some reason had no gutter on our porch so water drained right where we would go downt he stairs. Had a huge bubble in ceiling from leakage - not to mention roaches. parking horrible for visitors. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
