I have only lived here for 2 months, and this is already the worst living experience I have EVER had. First of all, this is one of the most unsafe "gated" communities known to man. Recently there have been 4 car burgalaries (mine was included), and a girl was robbed at gun point!! I do not feel safe, and I do not trust anyone around here (including management, who has no sympathy for these victims). Not to mention that there is limited lighting, so walking around can be quite dangerous. The people working in the office are quite stand-offish and they are not very helpful. The condition of our apartment at move-in was not good, and they only have one maintenence man, so it has takes FOREVER to get things fixed.

The roaches here are INSANE, and there has been an infestation of wasps (there are wasp nests on just about every window). In addition, they claim that they have all these facilities like a "24 hour fitness center." This is not true because they lock the gate outside of it whenever they please (yes, I got locked in there at one point and had to scale the fence and throw myself into the bushes in order to get out). Honestly, it should not cost so much to live in the projects. And trust me, I would have no problem paying the rent if I were paying for quality. Unfortunately, this is not the case.

To sum it all up... the only thing that this apartment complex is good for are their cookies. So if you don't care about your safety, money, or your self-respect then come here and enjoy the cookies!

Just to add another point... the gates are often broken so they are either left open (which isn't very safe), or they lock out their residents! Just food for thought.
