I lived there for two years and am grateful I'm out. There were non-stop parties, lots of noise, and lots of ambivalence towards any complaints. I even had a shipment from a beer club stolen by the employees who then told me about it, and justified it with, "oh, your name had been scratched off the box." I've seen more professionalism from 12 year old boy scouts. And if you live here, you'll definitely hear at least 3 of your neighbors having sex at 3am.
Upon moving in I paid first and last months rent, along with a $300 deposit. In my contract it even said no painting charges will be due if you live there for two years. What happens a month after I move out' I get letter stating that I somehow forfeited my deposit, have to pay for re-painting the apartment, and never paid my last months rent so I owe them $1200. Needless to say I'm rebutting this with documentation, but be warned, they will try to screw you over no matter what they say in their contract. It's incredible, don't let their smiles fool you when you look there.

I had a package stolen too. About a month after I moved in I ordered a Chi hair straightner. I had a green paper in my mail box stating that my package had been left in the office. When I went in there I checked the clipboard and it was logged in, what day it got there, for what apartment (mine), and it was signed for. When I asked for it the manager said it wasn't there that she would ask the other emplyees when they came back. I went back a few more times and they just ignored me. At last, to get rid of me, the manager said " Oh im sorry, we sign for packages but we dont really see if they get here or not" what kind of excuse is that????? HORRIBLE, It makes me so mad that they take advantage of people like that. My lease is over next month and I am OUT OF HERE. PEOPLE DO NOT MOVE IN HERE PLEASE!!
