there's got to be something better

i thought this place would be better.

first, there are way too many damn speed bumps.

the rent's good but they took forever to repair a leak in the bathroom.

also, the wall near the outside always leaks when it rains hard.

the office staff doesn't seem very helpful when you relay problems to them.

the floors are thin as well, so if you live below someone your going to hear them all the time.

that said, the area is nice and safe and you have easy access to LSU via burbank.
