The apartment complex is in what I consider to be one of the nicest parts of town, but settling for this complex comes at the cost of so much more.

All they want is your money, money, money so look very hard and make sure this is the place you want to be before you make the mistake of signing a lease agreement.

I think it's ridiculous to pay pet rent.

Most children make a bigger mess than my dog and you don't see people paying extra rent for them, on top of the 350 pet fee they already pocket.

But, other apartments are doing it--what a nice way to discourage pets and make extra money (go figure).

The staff is extremely unprofessional and RUDE! They do a piss poor job at handling all maintenance requests and I dread even dealing with them for simple things like rent.

Rent goes up depending on their mood--ALL THE TIME.

I promise...think twice, your money is better off spent elsewhere where you will be respected and treated fair.
