We've lived here for 2 1/2 years.
The rent goes up every time you sign your lease..The management staff is HORRIBLE and RUDE!!!! What they call a fitness center has a stair climber, a treadmill that barely works, and a 3 in 1 weight machine that doesn't work well at all.
Maintenance has to make MULTIPLE trips to fix something..
It's a little outdated.
You have NO crown molding, it looks like there was some, but it was just taken off..
Both times we renewed our lease, they did a carpet cleaning, at our carpet looks like it NEVER got cleaned.

They haven't offered to clean my carpet for the past 2 years I've renewed, but when they did it was actually dirtier than before they did it. But mine was cleaned at the end of the day with REALLY dirty water. Sad, this used to be a nice place to live until a couple years ago.
