This place is old and out dated!! The carpet in my apartment looks like it has been there for years. It is dirty and wore. I asked about getting it replaced and they laughed at me. I had a water leek (from the air conditioner) all over the carpet and they just lifted it up and put a fan to dry it. They also cut grass for what seems like every day at 8AM, so if you are trying to sleep in good luck. The management is not nice. They also go up on rent with every new lease. I have lived here for 2 years and will not be renewing my lease because they went up almost $100 since I moved in. Just not a good apartment for the money!!! You will be paying about $1.50 per square foot. You can get something so much nicer and up to date for that kind of money.

The air conditioner thing happened to me twice. At least they pulled the carpet up and gave you a fan. I had to get my own and run it for a week or so.
