I've only lived here a few months and now I know I should have paid attention to my first instincts! When I first looked at the apt. and the complex, I commented on the fact that the grounds looked like there was no maintenance. Well, they now have a yard crew...but getting maintenance done is like pulling teeth. It doesn't matter whether it's something small or something large, they make an excuse for everything. The day I moved in, it was pouring rain and the U-Haul had to be unloaded....and I had to move into a filthy apartment. Whoever they have doing the cleaning didn't!!!! All they did was wipe off counter tops and clean the tubs and fridge and top of the stove. It took me weeks to unpack because I had to clean out every cabinet and drawer. I also had a roach problem which seems to be pretty much under control now. I've had requests in for several maintenance items for months now. They tell me they are short-handed and therefore maintenance orders are backed up.
The office staff is always nice and listens..but then they make excuses...and I have to call over and over again to get anything done. It's a shame because the apts. are really large and spacious with tons of closet space. They're also only 4 miles from my job. I wish they'd get their act together and run this complex they way it
should and could be run.
