Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
 

I have been here for 3 years and have not had any major problems. My apartment is large and as I accumulate more items, I have a place to put them.

I did have a roof leak and they reroofed the building. When I began having problems with my dishwasher, they fixed it. When I report a problem, they have handled it.

The best part was renewing my lease last month and not having an increase. How many properties offer that''
