First of all, I would like to comment on a few of the statements. I used to live at Oaks and I would recommend them to anyone who wanted a huge apartment at a great price! Nikki and her staff do a wonderful job keeping up with the place! For only having 3 women running an almost 350 unit complex, I think the job gets done to the best that they can!!! I NEVER had a problem with maintenance in my apartment. But maybe I was lucky. Even so, I know they do the best they can with the timeliness of maintenace. The one time I had maintenance in my apartment was when he installed a ceiling fan I requested and he did that 2 days after the request!!!! As for roaches, clean up after yourself!!!!! I never had a pest problem of any sort. The apartments are not dirty, maybe it?s just the INSIDE of yours!!!! I loved it there and the only reason I moved is because of a job transfer.
