I have lived here at OoK for a year now. It was my first apartment and I believe my worst. The management staff was very rude and unwilling to provide comfort to my stay. I had to switch apartments within the complex due to "rodent" problems. The new apartment they moved me to had roof leaks in the kitchen and master bedroom. Also the airconditioner leaked the whole summer. Maintenance never knew what they were doing and sometimes were rude. I wish I would have had more time to do my research about this place.
