i have lived there for almost a year and i can't wait to move. i have been having a problem with spiders and roaches (big ones). i keep my apartment clean, so i know its not beacuse of something i am doing. i have been calling the office for 3 months and they always say "i'll send someone out to spray your apt." no one has shown up yet. i recently called them back and asked them do they have anything on the records showing the last time my apt was sprayed and she said she could not locate the records (yeah right!) on top of all that i have complained about my nieghbor. i hear EVERYTHING that goes on and it is nerve racking. i hear when they walk through the door, every where they walk through the apt and especially when they have sex! there are so many other things i could talk about but i don't think they have enough space. i pay my rent ON TIME every month and they never had a complaint about me. if i have to live out my car i will. that's just how bad it is. so beware of the smiling faces in the office when you inquire about the place. soon as they get your john hancock, it's over for you. no kidding!!!!!!!!!
