I have lived in this complex for approximately 1 1/2 years. The advertisements claim that there is controlled access...yeah right. One entire side of the property is completely open with no gate, which leaves the rest of the apartment open. Cars have been stolen. The gates are broken quite often. The wood on the buildings is rotten in many places. The entire place simply looks trashy. I always feel unsafe here. The grounds are poorly lit and the exterior lighting is never checked unless someone calls about it. This obviously leads to exterior lighting being useless for months at a time. I have a large dog and I am afraid to walk her at night. Had I done what I know I should have before I ever signed a lease and taken a walk around the complex, I would have never signed. I constantly worry about my safety and about my car being stolen or broken into.
