Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I presently lived at the Oaks of Kingsbridge. I am not very happy. Ads said the water and sewarage was included in the rent and it is not. Utility Bills have been a nightmare. Repairs are not made in a timely manner, and I have buckets sitting in the bedroom from the roof leaks. I already am tired of living here.
