AWEFUL!

I agree with just about EVERYONE who posted something negative about these apartments, because I lived there for nearly 2 years and had the same experiences. The apartments are dirty, the grounds are a joke and garbage piled up sky high before its picked up, that leaves the elements and animals to scatter it about. Maintenance does not clean up, so everytime you go outside, you have the sweet smell of rotting garbage. The air conditioning leaked, the utilities were out of this world so bad that I threatened to send a letter to the Public Service Commission. After hurricane Katrina and the night of Rita, I was laying in bed one night and water started pouring through the ceiling and down the blades of the ceiling fan. I called maintenance (by this time I was scheduled to move into my own home)by the time I moved out, maintenance had yet to come, thankfully I had an extra bedroom and had to camp out in there. Not to mention, the clientel left a lot to be desired, I NEVER felt safe, and had it not been for my dog one night, I almost fell victim to one of the hoodlums.
When I moved away, they sent ME a bill for the damage. After a few heated words and a few phone calls, they dropped it. I never did get my deposit back, though. They are crooked.
Needless to say it was an AWEFUL experience. I would suggest living in a cardboard box on the side of the interstate before these apartments.
