I had a leak in one of my bedrooms the entire time I lived there (3 years). Instead of re-roofing the building, they would just patch work a fix. This meant every few months the patch would fail, and a new leak would appear. The ceiling would become stained and moldy. Management would not rip up the damaged sheet rock, but would simply paint over the damage. Unhealthy!!!!!! I would have to call several times to get the maintenance staff to look at the problem, often times, management would not respond unless I personally brought in pictures of the damage or put my complaints in writing documenting the days I called and who I spoke with. Overall, horrible place to live. Do not let the size of the apartments on the inside and price lure you in!!!!!!!!
Management staff is completely unprofessional.

Although the rent is reasonable, the electricity is through entergy but you pay a third party. This third party only gives you five days to pay the bill or your lights are out, and the lease only gives you two days before you can be evicted. I am trying to move out as we speak. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU LIKE A REGULAR LIGHT BILL!!
