not so great stay.. horrible leaving.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008
I lived at Oaks of Kingsbridge for about 4 years. My apartment was okay, but my stay wasn't. Parking was horrible and neighbors were always loud and fighting. I have heard numerous gun shots in the woods across the street and was regulary woken up to pounding music in the parking lot with people screaming. Also, I never seen an electricity bill below $250, even when turning the breakers off and not having a working air conditioner many months. Even though my lease said I could break it with a 30 days notice, I received a letter stating that I owed over $8,000 for the rest of my least. I have called to try and settle this situation and haven't gotten a call back. I don't recommend anyone live here!
