Don't Let Location Fool You

The location is excellent!! Close to many places. Don't let that fool you. There are much nicer complexes nearby. Oaks of Kingsbridge has a pest problem. A very bad problem. The management is horrible. They change the policies every few weeks. The parking is inadequate. The noise level is not great either. The maintenance is no good either. I had a ceiling leak in my kitchen. When the maintenance guy finally came to fix the leak, he put a hole in my ceiling that was left for MONTHS (no exaggeration) before the drywall guy came. I had a leak in the ceiling of my bedroom due to the roof. It was months before that was corrected as well. The management enters your apartment without leaving a note. They leave notices on you BACK door. The gates are always broken. The laundry rooms are disgusting. The pool never appears to be clean. The apartments are very poorly insulated. You can not open your windows as there are no screens. The shrubs take up many of the walkways. Also, they use AMP as the electricity company, which charges bulk rates and air RUN TIME. This means that the actual electricity charges are an average of all the similar units plus you get charged for how long you ran your heat/air. No matter the temperature. Do not set your thermostat on 76 like instructed by most electricity companies or you will get a $400 bill like one of my neighbors. This is just not a good place to live. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
