I lived at Oaks of Kingsbridge a couple of years ago. The staff and management was very helpful getting me into the property at short notice when another rental fell through following a thousand mile move, so I am very appreciative of their efforts. Unfortunately, the property is dated and does have a bit of a pest problem though if you keep your place clean and use a home pest spray you should be fine. The property bills itself as a gated community but that is a misrepresentation. The gates do not work properly and anyone who wishes can get in to the area. In addition, the buildings are all open to the outside so the gates would not be that helpful even if they did work. The comments about the Heating and AC system are accurate. That thing is a disaster.
