I lived at this complex for a year. At first, it seemed like the right choice. It was fairly inexpensive and the surrounding neihborhood was very nice. However, as time progressed, matters just got worse. My apartment was on the second floor, and it was extremely hot during the summer. My electricity bill was over $100 a month for a 1-bedroom apartment, and the maintenance claimed that they couldn't do anything about it. What really topped everything was the fact that bats were living in the walls! The office staff again said that they couldn't do anything. Then I showed them the dead bat that appeared in a kitchen cabinet (that really freaked me out). Finally, they sent maintenance to do something about the bats. This experience was absolutely terrible! As soon as my lease was up, I bought a house instead. I would recommend to anyone to live somewhere else. Dealing with this lazy and incompetent office staff is not worth any money that you are saving.
