Okay location. Convenient to interstate, stores, and restaurants. Traffic is really bad in the mornings and afternoons. Quality of tenants went down as time went on...lots of loud college kids, left garbage and beer bottles in the parking lots and grounds, etc. The office staff was absolutely the worst. Two women in particular were always very difficult to deal with, rude, and antagonistic. We should have moved sooner.
