i had a roommate here when i was in college and i loved this place. it isnt really geared toward college types, so it was always peaceful and quiet to study. it had a seperate dining area that we turned into a study, and then a "bedroom" right after katrina. Maintenance was always on it's A-game! they are a little older but charming and well kept. great storage huge rooms and charming features. i loved this apartment. i only left because i moved out of state when i graduated.
