Hey, I know people who live there now and I was there last year. Do they still have to pressure wash the buildings every month to get rid of mold' Also, what about the one bedrooms with sliding glass doors for the entry door' We didn't even feel comfortable visiting those guys. The apartments are close to LSU and near the Lakes. That is pretty neat. The parking lot floods badly with rain. It was pretty quiet, but not completely. I think the moldy atmosphere is my biggest issue,
