I lived here for three years and had lots of problem with wetness, mold on walls, roaches, and even rats towards the end. When i was moving out the moving company discovered mold on two pieces of my bedroom set and I couldn't take it with me. The management company refused to replace my furniture saying that there were no records of moisture problem in an apartment that they have come in to clean out molds on atleast three occassions. As if that was not bad enough they charged me for destroying sthg in the apt and kept my deposit. Very horrible management company, no integrity, horrible living conditions, apt is very old, the AC doesn't work most of the time. The insulation in the building is non existent and there is problem with leaks everywhere.

Don't live here!!!!
