After seeing the negative reviews I had to post why I have made this my home for 20 years.
In 20 years,I have not seen a roach in my apartment due to my keeping food in Tupperware or airtight containers and not wanting to attract them. The person with roach problems I feel did not do this.
The rat incident is a new one on me as we have never heard of anything like this. I am guessing it was a pet that got out and keeping the door closed may have avoided that problem.
The parking lot was at the time bad but the new building construction is over and that problem has been solved.
Mold in a concrete building is a normal thing in Louisiana adn cleaning the apartment on a regular basis would help the person who had that problem.
Lesson learned....
Keep your apartment clean and roaches and mold will not be a problem.

The management of this complex is much better than most I have lived at.
Maintenance is 24/7 for emergency problems and can be reached within minutes on the phone.

They paint on complex on a regular basis and keep the pool and ground top notch compared to other places I have lived.
I rate the whole management team and up keep of the complex a 5 out of 5 and plan on living here for a long time.
I recommend it to anyone wanting a fantastic place to live.
