It was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience living at PARK PLACE. The management's lack of responsiveness to maintenance issues left a lasting negative impact. Firstly, it took them months to address basic problems in the apartment. Students were forced to endure inconveniences like aā¦Ā See More >anonymous

At first glance, one might be pleasantly surprised. As stated in the advertisement, Park Place Residence boasts a beautiful Newā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Gun shots like fireworks
I'm taking the time to write this review to save others from renting here. Since Hurricane Katrina, the apartment is full, more lively, and thus the crime has significantly decreased. However, bad things have happened before the hurricane. If you are a crack addict, liveā¦Ā See More >lsukev4

Do not live here
I lived here for two years. For the first year I had an upstairs one bedroom. Every time there was a hard rain the roof leaked above my bathroom. I had so much mold growing on my ceiling it looked like a labā¦Ā See More >anonymous

Save yourself
I can't believe no one else has written about this place yet. Probably figure it isn't worth commenting upon and just wanted to put their experience here behind them. When I moved in I was a graduate student and most of the tenants wereā¦Ā See More >Park Place Apartments
