I am a current resident at Pinncle Homes, and I am nothing but dissapointed. Being a brand new property, I expected so much more. Since I?ve moved in, they started giving away everything including washing machines & dryers, two months free and even free cash. Because of this, all sorts of trash are moving in. The gates are still not up and from what I?ve heard there has been numerous car breakins. My neighbors are noisy and leave cigarette butts near my door and the office staff is too busy trying to fill the place. My personal favorite is sitting out on my patio looking out on the lake and seeing possum like critters swimming around. My stay here has truly been a nightmare.
