Overall the apartment is great. Apparently noise on the bottom floor is a problem b/c I live above someone who bangs on the ceiling evertime I walk through the house after 10PM. However, I lived in another 2nd story in this same complex and didn't have this problem, and stayed for a few weeks in a 1st floor while my apartment was being finished and never heard anything, so I may be above an unreasonable individual.
Other than that it's great.
