This place has got to be the cheapest built. They seals on the doors are not tight enough so bugs get in your door. There has been a sewage smell outside of my building since I moved in last year the staff has done nothing about. The walls are paper thin so you hear your neighboors's every move. The courtesy officer is non existant. The trash compactor is ALWAYS over flowing right when you drive in. Trust me it is not too luxurious and it is extremley cheap. I bought my own town house which is double the size and the note is cheaper.
