Other than the garbage, snooty neighbors and thin flooring (we live on the 1st floor and can hear occassional loud thumps from above), it has been a nice experience.

I agree that it is still just an apartment and is pricey. Which is why we are buying a house & moving out for more conveniences.

There should assigned parking for the amount of rent paid.
