Don't even think about this place! The property is really nice, but the management and clientle that they attract will not be evident until after you move in. I have personal knowledge of this complex, and I would not recommend to anyone to reside at the property. After almost four years I moved, and will follow legal action against this property management. My residence at the complex and knowledge is based on almost four years. This complex should not even advertise as a luxury apartment complex. Three plus years ago the management team that was in place was the best. Since that time they have gone thru turnover after turnover of management and staff. The standards and cliente for this complex are below other complexes in the area for the rental fee and value you get. As a resident at this complex there an attempted murder, and the complex failed to report this to the tentants, they now required that you pay for water, and again failed to advertise in advance to the tentants upond renewal of lease. they refused and ignored a dumpers and waste problem for almost a year. When you drive in the property the first thing you will see is a pile of trash 6 feet high, and this went for almost a year before they decided to get funding for the existing solution. They would not even get a additional dumpster to alievate the volume of trash. It was not in the budget. Insects and spiders crawling in the apartment and forget about pest control, the guy is in for 3-4 secs and out again. Spider webs on the building because of no have having proper ligthing, and they crawl in the apartment. Tentants allowed to cook near the building and in the patio, when if fact is is stated in the lease that it is prohibited. They do not even police there own deed restrictions in their lease contract. They allow tentants to store there personal belongs in the patio area, and allow tentants to consume alchol and smoke cigarettes in the breazeway. They allow tentants to plant ther own plants, and garden in the common area. They allow pets and have not common area for pets to walk, and no restrictions on pet owners who do not pick up dog stuff. You may step on dog stuff and smell it also. They allow 70 lb dogs on the second floor, they allowed an automobile to be parked for almost 1 year in front of my apartment, until I had to take action. They negoiate contract differently with everyone in that complex. And there is more, this complex has tentants that are not conduive to family living. Maintatence is below average. The existing management presentaly is not customer oriented, and will do what ever is necessary to not take care of there own lease and contractural agreements. This existing business management and staff is poorly managed, and has a dictorial management style.
