I used to babysit for a woman there every week night. There was some odd noise from the apartment next to hers, it only came when the neighbors used their sink, but it would go on and on and it could be heard from any part of the apartment even if the tv was up very loud. Also, you can hear peoples conversations, and personal buisness , the walls are paper thin. When people above you walk it sounds more like stomping.
Parking is wonderful, I wasnt even a resident, and still managed to park right in front of the apartment I was going to. Theyre big, and clean, but the noise is just too much.

It never fails to amaze me about the amount of comments about noisey apartments. What do you people expect? You have 5 families all sharing walls. Look at any complex on this site and guess what? Noise complaints. Besides, this is for RESIDENTS, and as a resident of Pinnacle Homes, I will attest that it is not that bad.
