i've lived here for 1 year. our lease is about up & i am very excited to be moving into a house after this. however, i don't know what so many on here are complaining about. I am most annoyed by the trash... you can't leave a bag of trash outside your door for 5 minutes (so you can take it to the dumpster on your way out). Yet, there is the one dumpster on the way out the complex. There used to be another one right by my bldg, i'm not sure what happened to it. Other posts have complained about the noise. I am sure that depends on where you end up living, & who your neighbors are. I live in a very quiet building. I've lived in 3 other apartment complexes & this one is BY FAR the most quiet. It is VERY quiet.
There are 2 complaints I do have. One is that there are some residents who do not abide by pet rules. pets are not allowed on the patio w/o supervision. I let my dog go on the patio when i am home w/ the door open, but i have seen 2 different residents by me leave their dog on the patio ALLLL DAY! This wouldn't be so annoying except that BOTH of these dogs bark constantly. One of them has a VERY LOUD ANNOYING CONSTANT HIGH-PITCH bark! I am not sure why nothing is done about this. We have called and complained once & it stopped for about a day! It is too hot to leave pets outside anyway!
The other complaint is that there is PLENTY of good parking yet some residents illegally park when they get home late & there is no spot right near their door. They parallel park by the grass and it is ANNOYING & in the way!
Ok. That's all. I wouldn't say it's a bad place to live though! Just get an apartment away from loud barking annoying dogs & all will be fine! HA! I've definitely lived in MUCH WORSE!
