I lived in this complex for 9 months. Paid for it for 12 months. Wanted to leave after 2 months.

The staff was very misleading when I signed the lease. I told them I was moving in 6 months and needed a short term lease. They told me they only had 12 month leases, but would allow me to fulfill the final 6 months in a company-owned complex elsewhere. LIES!!!

I tried to move 9 months later (not six) and they wouldn't budge. In fact, they found another complex where I was moving, but that place wanted a year lease too. Some help.

This place is overpriced to the extreme. I had a loft. The A/C was horrible, yet it managed to get me a high bill every month. I had a sun deck that was made of chipped wood waiting to give anyone who stepped on it splinters.

They have two pools, but the one that's actually near the apartments tiny, unmanaged and filthy. The one by the office is decent, though.

The apartments are also located along a stretch of road frequented by cops at night. Therefore, it's not uncommon to be woken up by sirens and the sounds of cops speaking to people they pull over in those bullhorn things. I swear to god this crap woke me up at least 2 or 3 times a week.

The office staff is horrible and inflexible. They've priced themselves right out of the market. I doubt seriously if they have above 70% occupancy. Parking is ample because no one lives there. I only lived there 9 months and had about 6 different neighbors because people ditched the place so quickly.
