I was reading through this website in looking for a new apartment in the city where I have gotten a job. I have just moved out of this complex & I would definitely suggest it to others. It may not have all the latest & best like some of the other complexes around LSU, but it is a nice place where the people who work in the office are nice & know your face. Every maintenance problem I have ever had has been fixed in a timely manner. The manager even sent me surveys afterwards to check & see if it was done right. I had friendly neighbors & lots of space for parking, which I didn't have when I lived in Tigerland. One of those ladies who works in the office even saw me in church on campus & made it a point to say "hello". It may not be top of the line, but the service is good.
