I have recently graduated and am moving to a new city and stumbled upon this site in my search. I decided to check out what people have said about where I live. I have lived here for almost three years and this has been the best place I have lived. I chose the complex because I was living in an area near bars where people and parties were constant and I wanted to live somewhere alot nicer. My apartment is nice & spacious, and I have a really large closet and a good size patio. It may not be the newest, but it has good storage space and is quiet. I always see the maintenance people doing work, like cleaning the pool or painting the parking lot. They just recently painted the outside of the complex which looks really nice. They were even courteous enough to cover my car with a car cover, as well as my neighbor's car, when they were painting our building. Everyone in the office is really nice. They always say "Hello" when they see me & call me when I have packages delivered to the office. They even know the name of my dog and ask about him when I stop by the office. When my air went out on a Sunday night, they came to my apartment within an hour of my call and my air was immediately fixed. That never happened at the place I lived before. I had to go a whole week in July without air because they couldn't get a part right away & then the maintenance man got sick and couldn't put it in right away. And, they don't tolerate alot of crap, which is good in my opinion. I have called about those people who sell magazines and they have chased them off right away. One of my neighbors decided to have a very loud party and I called the afterhours number the office has. They shut the party down immediately. I saw that someone wrote on here about gunshots, but I have been here right at 3 years & have never heard any. I know that when I moved in, they ran a criminal background check on me and told me and that they check everyone.

In my opinion, this has been a good place to live and I would definitely suggest it. I hope the place I am moving to turns out to be just as nice as this one.

This is undoubtedly written by management. Think you covered every point? RIDICULOUS... Try not to make it so obvious next time.

Laughable reveiw, you sure you have the right place? or maybe you lived there in the 80's?? ... the staff I remember came in late, closed the office on a whim, closed up early. You could hardly ever find them there. Maintenance was a joke. Often times I had to fix things after they left cause the job they did was so awful it was worse than the problem I had in the first place.
