Poor Management

No one in the office ever seems to know what's going on, and if you ask someone a question about anything, make sure you get it in writing. Every time my roommate and I went in to ask them a question, they gave us both two completely different answers to everything. I had one staff member tell me the wrong information, and when I talked to the manager, all she said was, "What do you want me to do about it'" That one mistake by that staff member cost me a lot of money.
