When I first moved in I was happy to be there. My neigbors were very friendly and the staff was helpful...then a month passed. The sirens at all hours of the night are ridiculous. The apartment is cramped and has very little storage. On top of that the rent goes up ridiculously high every year. I'm shameful of the amount of money that I have spent on this box. I've seen 2 bedroom apartments for less. I have a loft and there is just no way to keep it cool in the summer. I even tried hanging a light sheet over the window in my bedroom (because it gets to be sweltering...even with the air on 60 degrees with 2 fans pointed directly at u) and the heat from the sun beaming in melted the blinds and turned the green sheet white...scary huh' The pet deposit and rent is ridiculous...I have a 4 lbs yorkie and I'm paying 30 extra dollars a month! I've lived here for less than 2 years and I've had 4 new neighbors come and go...all in one apartment. On two occasions I had to call the cops on one of the neighbors for having drunkin fist fights and throwing glass bottles...it still took them over a month to evict the guy. The last insult is when I had a mouse problem. Their solution; Placing TWO glue traps down and leaving them their so that I could come home and pick up the dead bodies. When I informed them that there was still a huge mouse problem and that the hole they were coming from was still not sealed they said ok and DID NOTHING! It took 3 weeks for me to realize that managment did not give a ---- so I had to take care of it myself. 3 WEEKS of begging them to do something! I am so happy my lease is coming to an end. I would never ever refer anyone to this place.
