Get ready for smiles and big welcomes to get you to sign their little evil piece of paper. And don't expect to actually see the rathole you'll be living in until you do. (yes, I know you were shown a great unit... it's called bait and switch... they know it and have become very skilled at it)

Then you'll discover you've been had. Don't expect to get any understanding or help from the formerly pleasant person who took your deposit. She's gone.... it was an illusion, a trick. She is now rude, condescending and will laugh in your face. Ask for management contact numbers and you get a "don't know their name", "they're not here", "no, I don't have any other contact numbers where you can speak to anyone but me." You'll get nowhere with the witch. (honestly, they must go through special training to do this)

Try doing a search online to see who else hopefully you can speak to and you'll find this appalling place has been sold many times and been through numerous management staffs. And they just keep getting replaced by uglier and uglier employees. The only time I was given any time to air my concerns was when a prospective tenent was in the lobby. Then I was whisked away to talk "behind closed doors." Guess they didn't want me scaring off another possible sucker.

You'll need a good attorney or the patience of a saint to live out your sentence (lease) here. It's THAT bad!!!!!!! And really, do you honestly think you'll see a penny of your deposit back from these guys' Think again. That rotted, stained carpet you found when you moved in will mysteriously show up on a bill just for you. Nah, they won't replace it for the next goof, they just call it PROFIT.

Save yourself the grief and misery. Look elsewhere. There are other places in Baton Rouge that are legit. This definitely isn't one of them.
