I'm reading these other reviews, and I have to say they sound exaggerated. I am a graduate student who has lived in many apartments. I have been here for almost 2 years now, and I like it. My one-bedroom is spacious compared to the ones I've seen in other complexes, it is almost always quiet, and all my maintenance requests have been responded to promptly; usually within hours. I wasn't aware of the crime the other reviewers mentioned; I have always felt safe here. That being said, the rent here is high for what you get; I will have to move when my current lease is up because with the next rent increase (about $75/mo.) I simply can't afford it anymore. I also agree with the other reviewers that the current management is not great; they're out for money and can be hard to deal with. However, they did listen and work with me recently about a fee I felt was unfair, and were cool about it, so they aren't terrible. It's a nice place, but for the money you could definitely do better.
