This place is unbelievable. When I moved in the apartment it was filthy (food splashed all over the kitchen) and neither of my toilets worked. I moved in on a Saturday and I was told I would have to wait until Monday before they could fix them (I guess they expected me to pee outside). Months later the toilets still don't work properly even though they said they fixed them. When the upstairs toilet overflowed, it leaked downstairs into my kitchen. Again they said I had to wait until Monday even though I told them my kitchen was flooding. When someone did come (it was later than Monday)they simply put more sheet rock over the parts that had leaked (forget about the mold that is probably forming under there)and they never returned to paint the ceiling like they said would. There is also no storage in the apartment. There is one closet in the bedroom. There are no drawers in the kitchen, so I had to buy a kitchen cart to put my silverware in. I also had to buy a rack to put in the bathroom for my towels since there is no linen closet. The paint job is horrible.I don't think they finished painting my downstairs bathroom bc part of it is white and part of it is brown. There are large and numerous cracks in the wall. My electric bills are also sky high bc it is imposible to keep the loft cool in the summer. The apartments are just old, and they shouldn't be able to charge as much as they do for them. They also charge extra per month for pets in addition to the pet fee you pay when you move in. The rent is going up and even if it went down, I still wouldn't stay.
