The name of these aparatments are now call Audubon Park Apartments. The name was changed in 2004. The only manager that stayed for over a year was run off to New Jersey to continue working for the company because she will do anything to keep her job, including sleeping with the maintenace men. There are so many problems with this property I don't know where to begin. They don't pay their bills because the tenents barely pay their rent. The managers change every 90 days or so. But as long as people need a place to live they will keep changing the name trying to make people believe its a great place to live. Well guess what its NOT and hasn't been for a very long time no matter what the name is.
