Nice floor plans and fairly well maintained (recently painted outside), although the apartments are at that age where things start to go wrong - leaky pipes, damp air conditioning unit. Office staff are very customer friendly though and problems are generally attended to in a timely manner.

Apartments are advertised as luxury, which is definitely not the case, but for the price quite a good choice.
