Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003
If you are disabled and need a mobility-impaired parking spot then don?t bother.
The residents here will park in your spot,
and when they get a ticket for it they just
bring it to the office. Then the office gives it to their on site security officer
(who happens to be a local police detective)
to fix them. In return he gets a free apartment. But, if you don?t care about the disabled its the place to be.
