We moved in here a year ago almost to the day. The people who keep moving in below us are always loud. The insulation is horrible so it's either frozen or boiling inside. The equipment in the fitness center is always broken. Major maintenance problems take the longest to repair, but if your kitchen-light goes out, it's fixed immediately! Roaches are everywhere! These aren't the typical house roaches either; rather, these are the grasshopper-hybrid ones that somehow manage to fly onto your grill! Dont plan on making this more than a temporary home.
