Nice apartment, nice price

I have lived at Regency Club for 3 years now and have never had a problem. I was reading some of these reviews and can't believe they are living in the same place I am. I have never had any problem with my air conditioner/keeping the place cool. I have never had mold, roaches...anything really. Everytime I have needed a maintenance visit, it was done within 2 days. The staff has always been courteous. The only compliant I can make is that there is poor insulation with the apartment above you, meaning someone walking around normal sometimes sounds like elephants trampling around. Other than that it is nice and safe for the price.
