Two weeks after I moved in, I was welcomed by my car being broken into. From that point forward, I have had nothing but trouble with the apartment. Toilet not flushing, washing machine turning all clothes brown, garbage disposal breaking, tons of roaches and ants (you couldn't even sit down to eat without them crawling all over you and your food), air conditioner went out in the middle of summer (took 2 1/2 days to fix, as they claimed they never received my call to fix), birds getting inside the vents and crawling through the walls, scratching and chirping, and the stomping of the neighbors upstairs, causing the ceiling fan to nearly fall down from swinging so hard. I've been there 9 months and cannot wait until my year lease is up. There are so many problems at this place and nothing is ever done about it. I certainly do not recommend living here. Oh yeah, there is never anywhere to park either and the spaces are so small only a matchbox can fit in them.
