This community has both pros and cons. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have not had a problem with noise, which is certainly due to the fact that I have a third floor apartment. But as we know, heat rises, and because of that my electric bills have been astronomical. If you plan to keep your apartment below 78 in the summer, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The A/C is improperly sized for this apartment and has to run all day to keep the place moderately cool with the aid of fans. The buildings are older and the place has a decidedly "dated" look. This community is advertised as a luxury property, but I would have to disagree with that. I expect a place that offers luxury living to also be able to offer proper air conditioning. Aside from that, maintenance has responded quickly and the third floor vaulted ceilings and fireplaces are nice, but don't expect to come home from work and find a parking spot near your building.
