Well I needed a place on Short Notice and they had room. Initially I liked the setup, but the longer I am here the more of a burden it is. The apartment (1 Bedroom) is large and roomy, but you do pay for it. I pay $680 a month plus all the extras. The microwave was the actual Microwave prototype invented in the 1940's, they replaced the bathroom light fixture and yeah the light looks great but the workmanship, uncovered paint, and hole make it look like a frat house bathroom. There are no lights in the hallway and bedroom. Parking is horrible, normally i park 3 buildings away and the lot floods very bad in rain, completely under water. You only have until the morning of the 3rd to get your rent check or its a $100.00, if its the weekend, TOO BAD. Notice to vacate is a mandatory 60 days. Very unusual policies compared to other apartment complexes. The day I moved in I reported the Thermostat broken, and six months later it still is. There is only one dumpster near my complex, and its 4 buildings away. And I love that there is a washer and dryer in the unit, but the dryer takes 3 times to dry, and it was reported 5 times now but no fix. I am moving out and not looking back.

The thermostat isn't broken. They are all stuck on 95 degrees. I don't know why anyone would live here execpt for an emergency situation. And even then I would try something else. You're better off looking at one of those apartments near campus. Oh, and don't expect to get your deposit back either. I left that place in better condition than when I moved in, and 5 months later, still no check.
