My wife and I needed housing quick when our house sold faster than expected Regency was one of two places that we could find. They did pull a bait and switch on us we walked through a nice new renovated apartment with fresh cabinets and what not the unit we live in has cabinets with the shelves warped and falling through gaudy trim is stapled and screwed to the cabinets, wasing maching, dishwasher, ac, and gate are plagued by problems (maintenance is quick to repair though), no light or fan in the bedroom just a switched receptacle. The neighbors are about as unfriendly as I have ever met. My electricity bill averages 100-200 dollars a month depending on outside temp (50% higher than my bill on a 1300 sqf house). The walls and ceiling are paper thin but hey it is an apartment. Be warry residents don't fear leaving dog droppings where the fall. Stray cats on every car. My rent for a approx. 700sqf apartment with a 2lb dog is 850 a month (short lease). They do have a relatively nice exercise room, and the pools are kept up most of the time, the grass is maintained regularly, they offer volleyball and tennis courts. Most of the staff is very friendly and easy to deal with. Just be warry there are better options for less and if I had it to do over again I would certainly pick differently you can buy a darn nice house for the price I am paying for an apartment that looks outdated and smells like mildew.
